Celebrate the flavors of summer with an interactive cooking class led by Chef Tim! Learn how to prepare three fresh, vibrant tapas that are perfect for entertaining all season long. Chef Tim will share his favorite techniques, cooking tips, and plating ideas before everyone enjoys the finished dishes together. Menu: Patatas Bravas – Roasted potatoes with smoked paprika sauce Gambas al Ajillo – Garlic shrimp with chiles Mushroom Herb Crostini – Herbed goat cheese on toasted crostini $30++ per person Space is limited, so reserve your seat early for this hands-on culinary experience! Trivia Night! Wednesday, August 19th | Game starts at 6:30PM Round up your smartest friends, pick a clever team name, and get ready for a fast-paced night of laughs, friendly competition, and brain-teasing fun. Our host will lead you through a lively lineup of carefully crafted questions that will keep everyone on their toes. Trivia will take place in the Elements and is hosted by Chad, our always-entertaining DJ, bringing the energy and the fun all night long. There will not be a buffet, only the bar menu and weekly features will be available. Please keep team counts to 12 or less. Please RSVP with your team’s name and headcount by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18th. Put on those thinking caps. Ready, set… go!
