KC Sullivan is a transformational image consultant and founder of Curating Confidence, helping individuals rewrite their image confidence through fashion and neuro-emotional insight. With 20 years in the fashion industry and a background in nonprofit and rehabilitation services, she empowers people to embrace their authentic identity, embody confidence, and feel unapologetically themselves.

With four decades of leadership experience across the country, Tracy has dedicated his career to developing future leaders, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. As an Eagle Scout and lifelong advocate for youth development, Tracy will share insights on leadership, service, character, and the lasting impact of investing in the next generation. His distinguished career spans some of the nation's largest Scouting organizations, while his community involvement includes leadership roles with Rotary, Asset Builders Alliance, and the prestigious Leadership Atlanta program. Whether you're a business leader, parent, mentor, or simply passionate about building stronger communities, this engaging conversation offers valuable perspectives on leadership that extend far beyond the boardroom. Connect with fellow members over lunch and gain inspiration from one of Atlanta's most influential community leaders. Biography: Tracy Techau serves as Scout Executive and CEO of the Atlanta Area Council, Scouting America, one of the largest councils in the nation and widely recognized for its high-quality programs, strong youth leadership experiences, and premier summer camps. Tracy has invested 40 years serving Scouting in multiple markets including St. Paul, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Peoria, Cincinnati and now one of the largest councils in the nation, Atlanta. Tracy is an Eagle Scout, and as the son of a Scoutmaster. He has profound appreciation for the dedication of Scouting's volunteers. Tracy is also deeply invested in the community. His leadership has included serving as president of a Rotary Club, founding Asset Builders Alliance, a nonprofit focused on youth, and graduating from the 2015 Leadership Atlanta class, a program dedicated to strengthening communities by addressing barriers related to race and economics. Tracy states that his best feature is his wife, Jean, and their daughters, Madison and Rachel.
